EduIgnite
EduIgnite is the "Assessment and Counselling" division of Educomp Solutions Limited.
EduIgnite specialises in helping students explore their personality, interests and
aptitude which are further given shape by goal setting, and direction by expert
career counselling & mentoring. EduIgnite started its operations in September 2010
with its holistic career guidance service for the students from class 9th till 12th
in schools across all zones of India.
Program Overview
Assessment
The EduIgnite Career Guidance program is a long term engagement program that helps
students identify their personality along with an appropriate set of careers for
each individual. Extensive psychometric tests are used to identify an apt choice
for the student mapping their personality type, aptitude and interests. Suitable
careers suggested to the students are based on scientific methodology based analysis
of the tests.
Planning
After assessment, the student gets an exclusive one-on-one session with skilled
counsellors where students along with their parents get an opportunity to clear
doubts related to career options, future roadmap and financial planning.
Exploration
After counselling, students go through a series of interactive seminars on crucial
topics covering college selection, foreign education and higher education options.
What makes EduIgnite program unique is an exclusive Career Resource Centre, with
infrastructure set up in partnering schools. Through this facility, students get
access to college books, admission guides and other career literature relating to
foreign education. The Resource Centre also houses videos giving insights into a
large number of careers. EduIgnite empowered students thus gets access to uninterrupted
and latest knowledge about careers that suit them best.
